We explain Critical Incident Procedures (aligned with Crisis Intervention and Management Australasia or the International Critical Incident Foundation) and provide psycho-educational support on trauma recovery. We do not handle HR, legal, or criminal issues and advise managers to follow critical incident procedures and consult HR before taking action.
